I ordered a collar and lead spent £20 on a cheap nylon lead and £13 pound on a nylon personalised collar which I could of got better quality at pets at home I asked for a refund and they said no as the collar was already unthreading and wrong size for my cavapoo puppy do not purchase

I hadn't used yappy.com before so initially just sent for one photo fleece blanket. When it arrived the picture quality and the quality of the blanket was so good, I went back on the website and ordered another photo blanket, a photo keyring, photo book and a bag and I must say I was so pleased with each item. I thought the website was very user friendly and all items were very quick to arrive. I am so happy to have found yappy.com, keep up the good work, I shall be ordering again soon!

Just bought a personalised cushion. Was hesitant at first as quite pricey.

Everything I have bought from Yappy has arrived quickly and been of superb quality. The personalised star blanket is an absolute winner, it is thick and soft. I love it and Judy does too. It is even big enough for her to hide her chews in!

Website states theyll make and ship my order in 4 working days.
It took 11 working days and I had zero communication or updates. I had to reach out myself and see where my order was. Terrible customer service.

Ordered a bag from Yappy .com as I have had products from this web site before and was always very happy the bag was not what I expected as it was so small you could not even fit a collapsible drinking bowl in it !!!!!!!
